Step 4: Now, navigate to your desktop or any other location where the DxDiag file is saved and double-click on DxDiag file to open it with Notepad. Don’t forget to click the Save button after selecting the location. Step 3: In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click Save All Information button, and choose your PC’s desktop to save the DxDiag text file. If you see the following dialog with “Do you want to check if your drivers are digitally signed? To check your drivers, Windows might connect to the Internet, but doesn’t send personal information about your computer” message, simply click the NO button. Step 2: In the Run command box, type Dxdiag and then press Enter key to open DirectX Diagnostic Tool. Alternatively, you can type Run in Start menu/taskbar search field and then press Enter key.
